THE MAGIC CONTINUES: BREAKFAST WITH SANTA

Saints in the Community, in partnership with Aviva, were delighted to host our second Breakfast With Santa event at McDiarmid Park, spreading festive cheer to families across Perth and Kinross just in time for Christmas.

The heartwarming morning welcomed families for a celebration filled with festive treats, fun activities and surprises. Working closely with local schools and partner organisations, Saints in the Community ensured that families who would benefit most had the opportunity to enjoy this memorable festive experience.

What Happened on the Day:

Families were welcomed to McDiarmid Park to enjoy:

  • Delicious hot breakfast options
  • Fresh fruit & yoghurts
  • A magical visit from Santa
  • Wrapped gifts for the children
  • A special appearance by Brogan the Beagle
  • Activity books and colouring in
  • Complimentary match tickets
  • Festive décor provided by The Balloon Studio

Community Impact

Families in attendance were keen to share their appreciation for the event. One parent commented:

“Kids loved meeting Brogan & Santa, and they were very excited with their gifts as well... we are very grateful for the opportunity to enjoy breakfast with Santa as we wouldn’t be able to afford to do so otherwise.”

Saints in the Community would like to extend sincere thanks to event sponsors, Aviva, and their team of dedicated volunteers, whose generosity was vital in making the day such a success.

Huge thanks to Tesco for their donation of selection boxes, and to St. Johnstone FC for their generous donation of stuffed toys and stockings, contributing to a memorable experience for attending children.

Appreciation is also extended to the local schools and organisations who worked in partnership to help identify and support families attending the event.

Finally, thanks to Chris Logan for beautifully capturing the joy, laughter, and magic of the morning.
