AUTISM FC

In partnership with Team United, Autism FC offers fun and competitive football for children aged 10 to 16 with autism, or those on the pathway to diagnosis.

Weekly training sessions in Perth focus on building skills, confidence, and teamwork in a supportive environment which breaks down barriers and allows neurodiversity to flourish. Players can also take part in competitive leagues and Scottish Cup events, should they wish to.

Team United promotes an environment where young people with Autism can play football and be part of a team, whilst adapting to the intense social and communicative demands they are likely to experience. Further to the football, social activities and outings are available for players to participate in too.

Participation is our main focus, however, the Saints in the Community squad has enjoyed success:

• 2023/24 North Region Autism Football Champions – promoted to the Premiership
• 2023/24 National Autism Premiership Champions – winning their second title in just a few months
• 2024/25 National Autism Championship Winners – winning their second season title
