Led by qualified Walk Leaders, adults of all ages, and physical abilities, are invited to join our weekly health walks for some light exercise in what is a supportive and welcoming environment.  

If you haven't been active for a while and would like to start again, you're recovering from ill health, managing a long-term condition, or just simply enjoy an afternoon stroll - this 60-minute walk is perfect to help you become more active, get fitter and improve your general health.

Teas & coffees are provided in the stadium afterwards to give all walkers the opportunity to stay and chat.
