First Wednesday of each month
6pm-8pm
McDiarmid Park
Free – book online HERE

Our Moving Through Menopause provision aims to support attendees to feel good and have some me-time with like-minded people in a relaxed environment.

  • Social Support
  • Physical activity
  • Build confidence
  • Feel good
  • Flexible attendance

Research shows that physical activity can help manage symptoms associated with the menopause and improve long-term health. Further, by providing a social space for women to discuss their experiences and build a strong social network it can reduce the severity of symptoms.

From 6pm: Saints in the Community staff will provide menopause-friendly physical activity opportunities, provide encouragement throughout and build motivation.

From 7pm: Our drop-in cafe will open for women to meet others, to share stories, and to enjoy food & refreshing drinks. It is intended this is an open and respectful space for you to be able to discuss all things menopause.

Our Moving Through Menopause sessions require no long-term commitment and attendance can be made to suit your availability.
